According to the National Insurance Crime Bureau and various Departments of Insurance throughout the U.S., approximately 12-15% of all insurance claims are fraudulent. Ally Investigations has extensive experience investigating suspicious claims and identifying insurance fraud. Once the elements of insurance fraud are identified and documented Ally can:

• File the appropriate forms with the Department of Insurance and the appropriate law enforcement agency.
• Meet with and submit a Documented Fraud Referral (DFR) to the DOI and law enforcement.
• Should the DFR be accepted Ally will act as a liaison between your company and law enforcement to ensure the matter is handled appropriately.

Additionally, Ally Investigations provides annual fraud training to your claims personal and any other members of your staff that are required to have this training.
